Healthcare delivery startup Pristyn Care aims to expand operations in South India, including small towns too.
Gurugram-based Health Tech company Pristyn Care plans to increase its presence in South India. With a target of including smaller towns in the list, the company aims for a big expansion.
The Health tech company, Pristyn care plans to inaugurate 300 hospitals and 100 clinics in South India by the end of 2022. With the addition of 300 hospitals and 100 clinics, the total network of hospitals and clinics now reaches 500 and 150, respectively.
Speaking about the plan of expansion, Harsimarbir Singh, Co-founder, of Pristyn Care, said, “We are committed to foray deeper into the healthcare ecosystem and strengthening our presence across the country. Currently, we have 200 partner hospitals and 50 plus clinics across South India. With this expansion, we plan to expand our reach to tier 2 and 3 towns.”
Pristyn Care is a Gurugram-based Healthcare company. Started in 2018, the company now has a foot in many areas. It includes gynecology, urology, IVF, laparoscopy, anaesthetics and many other sections.
It’s Backed by Ratan Tata
The startup has given itself a gift with the accession of Lybrate. Ratan Tata-backed Heath Tech platform Lybrate is a mobile healthcare technology company that developed an online platform to connect doctors and patients. With the acquisition of Lybrate, Pristyn care has now set a standard.
Along with the acquisition, the startup has been functioning in tier 1 and 2 cities from the start. The startup has centers in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and many other tiers 1 and 2 cities.
The Company
The founders of this Healthcare startup are Harsimarbir Singh, Dr. Vaibhav Kapoor and Dr. Garima Sawhney. Pristyn Care has raised around $96 Million in a recent Series E funding round. The round was led by Marquee investors, including Sequoia Capital, Tiger Global, Epiq Capital and many others.
Pristyn Care Aims to Expand
Currently, the company has its presence in over 12 surgical options including ENT, urology, and Gynecology. In addition to this, the startup also plans to enter into dental care.
It presently runs around 800 surgical centers and has treated over one lakh patients so far, it stated.
