If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and cancellations of your order.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order only if you have placed request for a free publication of your news, article, post – within 7 days without giving a sufficient and valid reason for doing so. We shall cancel and remove the articles from our website at our absolute discretion only. However, we shall not be responsible for removing it’s indexing from Google Search visibility, Google News, Social Media Channels, News Aggregators or any third-party / external agency’s websites or blogs. We are liable to remove from our website only. You may individually contact all such third-party organizations for removal of the concerned posts or articles
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In rare cases where it is possible to issue a refund as per our policies for non delivered services or unprocessed orders for more than 15 days after an order is placed by You after deducting administrative and technical fees, We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees or interest for such reimbursements for whatsoever the reason may be.
Conditions for Exchange
In order for the PR Services to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:
- The PR Services were purchased in the last 7 days and the payment for the same has been made in full already
- The PR articles have substantial errors while submitted by you and are requested for deletion and exchange for posting new ones instead of the original articles posted for which deletion has been requested. This exchange is allowed only for 1% of the total number of PR articles purchased, with an estimated assumption that the error rates cannot be higher than that and are posted unintentionally.
The following Services / Publications once done, cannot be deleted, exchanged and no refund can be issued when asked for deleting and refunding the paid amount:
- Posts / articles, news that is already published regardless of when it was published.
- Cancellation of PR Distribution or stopping news distributions are not possible and no such requests can be entertained. Distribution is a digital service and happens in electronic mode through integrated APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and channels with are highly automated. Firstly, deletion is not feasible. Secondly, in case if deletion is attempted there are charges involved for such deletions and are completely at the sole discretion of third-parties and API issuing organizations, developer agencies involved.
- Once published, a news goes out of control and is difficult to measure its reach both online and offline, not under our control. An attempted deletion may still have a large amount of residual content due to online sharing, offline write-ups by journalists / editors of print media, etc. It is impossible to establish by proof, the online and offline consumption and the nature of its use because news as a digital information asset. Hence, no refund is applicable.
- If any news or article published with due payments, partial payments or on credit facility, no refund can be claimed in any case for such publications for reasons whatsoever may be.
We reserve the right to refuse publishing or deletion of any news / article / post that does not meet the above return & exhange conditions in our sole discretion.
Publication Policies
You are solely responsible for the cost and risk involved in or incurring from of publishing any content through Us on our website or distribution to third-party sites / agencies.
PR publication services are digital products, once order is placed or PR articles are assigned into a publication wire’s queue, the order can’t be cancelled or amount be refunded as our publication network partners do not entertain a refund and cancellation policy for news category.
We cannot be held responsible in any way, for erroneous articles or posts with incomplete, partial or misleading information, and for news that is user generated and sent by You for publication to Us. If any such erroneous, misleading or news that defames someone (any individual or organization) published news sent to us, causes damage to us by reputation or financially, You shall be directly responsible for same. We shall be destined to take legal action on You for recovery of all and any such damages.
