The advanced healthcare firm Pristine Care has announce that it has paid off Forty Five of its employees working in the Sales department, technology Department and the product development team of the company on Wednesday, 8th March 2023.

The company has fired 45 employees in the latest round of pay offs which brings to a total of 350 employees in total to be sacked up by the healthcare start up in the last two month from various departments. The reason stated by the company for the layoff carried out by the firm is specifically due to the initiative taken to increase the reduction of the cost amongst the uneven economic conditions.
However, the three hundred and Fifty employees been paid off by the company were from the junior and the mid-senior level. Also, the company stated that the forty five employees fired from their position were due to their low performance.
The company’s spokesperson stated in their press release statement that the company runs a performance evaluation process which helps the company to get a better understanding of the employee‘s efficiency levels throughout the board. Thus, the company found that 45 employees had been found with poor performance expectations hence had to terminate them from their posts.
